One Year Blogiversary Giveaway

IMG_4201

Wow. Whodathunkit? When I started this little blog, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

So to celebrate 1 year down, I’m giving away a 2m x 0.98m piece of the lace I used to make my Ladies who Lunch dress. White lace not your thing? It’s 100% cotton so you could totally have a lot of fun with some dye. It’s already been ‘pre-shrunk’ by me, but the care label states a cold hand wash is ideal. This sold out on Tessuti’s online shop soon after it was listed, so I know it must be covetable!

I’m happy to post anywhere in the world – and I’ll announce the winner on the 19th of November. Until then, you can leave a comment to go into the draw, which will close at 11:59pm on Sunday November the 18th, Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne). Don’t forget that I live in the future – so check out the World Clock to see what date/time that equates to for you.

Happy Sewing everyone – here’s to another year in my extended quest to have a battalion load of sewing skills and a self-made wardrobe I can totally get excited about :)

  1. That's some gorgeous lace, and I'd love to make something with it … a skirt, maybe? I have to admit, I would probably dye it, as I can't be trusted to wear white and not find the nearest bottle of red wine to pour all over me, lol.

  2. Yay, a year of blogging! I, for one, have so appreciated seeing your makes and your meticulous approach to sewing. You challenge me to be a better seamstress! I've got plenty of stash fabric to work through still, so I won't enter the giveaway, but just wanted to say congratulations on reaching this milestone!
